Return Policy
PRODUCT REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
As the products are made on handlooms, each product may be slightly different or have irregular weave or non-uniformity. However, if our customer is not satisfied with the quality of our product, we allow exchange or return/refund, subject to specified terms and conditions:
- This clause is applicable only on domestic order(s);
- This clause is not applicable on discounted products purchased during Festival Sale/ Season-end Sale;
- The products should have been purchased directly from our website (kalastory.com) and not from offline store or using third party platform;
- The product should not be worn, washed or altered/ customised and all the tags/labels are intact;
- The product delivered with manufacturing defect or different from order description or missing shall only be eligible for return/refund. For other reasons like colour issue or don’t like the product, only replacement of product shall be applicable;
- Customers are required to raise request for replacement/return/refund within 24 hours from the date & time of delivery from the registered mobile number/e-mail ID to the Customer Care number +91-7428075799 or e-mail at info@kalastory.com clearly specifying the reason;
- The image of defective/different from description/missing product with affixed tag/label may be sent on our whatsapp number +91-99999 99999 within 2 hours from time of receipt of product along with order number and shipment details;
- The claims received for replacement/return/refund shall be verified through a quality check process and cases found suitable shall be processed. Kalastory reserves the right to decide in this regard;
- In case of reverse pickup, please mention clearly your order number;
- It will be the responsibility of the customer to securely pack the product to be returned (duly containing tags/labels intact) to prevent damage of product during reverse transit;
- The reverse pick-up shall be arranged only from selected pincode areas within 5 business days from the date of raising request through our logistic partner;
- Customers falling outside the reverse pickup pincode areas can return the product (self-shipment) within 3 days of receiving the product to our store at 8A, 8th Floor, Vandhana Building, Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi -110 001. Information for such return with complete details like mode of shipment, order number, reason for rejection, etc. shall be provided to e-mail/telephone through registered e-mail ID/ Mobile number;
- The sole responsibility of delivery of self-shipped product at our store lies with the customer only. Non-delivery of product or product found in damaged condition shall not be eligible for refund;
- The shipping cost of self-shipped item shall be borne by the customer;
- The claim for exchange/return/refund shall be processed after verification by our quality check team within 3 business days from the date of receipt of product at our store;
- Payments received online from the customer (debit card/ credit card/ netbanking/ any other), refund shall be provided into the original mode of payment;
- Incorrect delivery address or refusal to handover product to our logistic partner shall not be eligible for refund;
- In case of exchange/return, cost towards shipping/ delivery charges and reverse pickup/ self-shipment charges shall be borne by the customer.
